
Ciarra Dozier, LADC/MH
Clinical Director
Ciarra Dozier, LADC/MH, is the Clinical Director of South Coast Behavioral Health in Oklahoma City. Having first began her career in addiction treatment and behavioral health in 2011, Ciarra brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role.
Ciarra earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Argosy University and a Master’s in Addiction Counseling from Mid-America University in Oklahoma City. She is trained in Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Seeking Safety Evidence-Based Practices. She is also certified in the Addiction Severity Inventory Assessment, enhancing her ability to manage complex cases.
Her professional experience includes positions at Southern Oklahoma Treatment Services and Landmark Recovery in Oklahoma City. At Southern Oklahoma, she advanced from CADC Candidate to Clinical Director. At Landmark Recovery, she grew from a group therapist to Clinical Director. These roles provided her with extensive experience in managing clinical programs tailored to client needs.
Ciarra’s passion for helping others began in childcare, where she saw the impact of family dynamics on children’s behavior. This insight led her to counseling, focusing on supporting individuals and families affected by substance use and mental health issues.
She finds her work rewarding, especially being part of clients’ healing journeys and witnessing their progress. Having grown up in Midwest City, OK, her position at our Oklahoma City treatment center just west of downtown affords her the opportunity to remain active in her community. Outside of work, Ciarra enjoys family time and traveling.
